the green smoothie you’ll love

SoOo. . . I didnt always love the idea of a “green” drink. I always thought it would just make me gag. Until I realized I can just make it more appetizing for my taste. And by far, this has to be my favorite green smoothie, its not chunky, but its thick and smooth. My trick here is to blend the oats first, alone, for a smoother , less chunky texture. Then, let everything blend for just an extra couple of minutes.

Recipe

  • 1 banana

  • half a mango

  • handful of blueberries

  • 2 handfuls of spinach

  • 2 cups of oatmilk

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • 3 tbsps. of plain greek yogurt.

  • 2 tbps. of chia seeds

  • 3 tbsps of flax seeds.

  • 1/2 cup of oats (blend first alone for a smoother smoothie texture)

  • 2 tbsps. of peanut butter

  • 1 tbsps. of peanut butter protein powder.
